The A-Point Rotary Cutter cuts assembled cards into individual strips as they are purchased by the end user. This machine functions equally well for dipstick or cassette finished product application. Custom built for the customer's materials either a flat or serrated blade set will be utilized and no machine is sold without first testing customer material pre-production to ensure that the highest cutting tolerances can be met. Due to the fixed cutting width attribute of rotary cutters, high precision is standard, throughput is dependent on operator proficiency however outputs as high as 30,000 test per hour are possible.
